| How do I clean the LCD screen? |

Over time, dirt, smudges, dust, and more can reduce the viewability of an LCD, much like looking through a dirty pair of glasses. It is actually quite easy to clean the screen, so have no fear. First take a clean, lint-free cotton cloth (an old T-shirt, sock, or any type of lens wipe will do) and spray some glass cleaner (or a mix of 50% Isopropyl alcohol/50% distilled or otherwise purified water) on it. Be sure the cloth is simply damp, and is not dripping or otherwise over saturated. It is important to not spray the cleaning fluid directly on the LCD screen, as this may cause liquid to drip inside. Apply an even pressure in a consistent motion, taking care not to apply too much pressure. These methods also apply to Touch Screen monitors. We have also confirmed that cleaning material including 5-10% bleach may be used to clean the touch glass without harming it.

There are many reasons why a mini PC may require troubleshooting. If upgrades are to be completed to the mini PC, the end user may wish to contact Technical Support for assistance. If a user is trying to upgrade the memory installed in their all-in-one PC, for example, it would be wise to ensure the correct memory is used to avoid conflicts or other issues arising.
The medical grade all-in-one computer is built to keep liquids and other healthcare related mess out of the small PC. The design may imply to some that it is a difficult matter to reach the inside of the mini PC, and a call to Cybernet Support Representatives will alleviate this concern.
If an iOne-GX31 has been plugged in incorrectly, the mini PC could fail to start. A power safety feature is built into the iOne-GX31 to keep the small PC from being damaged to electrical shock.
