| Can I adjust how system memory is shared with the onboard graphics? |
|
By default, the GX31 series has dynamically shared video memory. What this means is that the system will allocate portions of the system memory to the onboard graphics chip. These settings can be adjusted within the CMOS setup utility. Shortly after the pressing power button, press delete repeatedly to enter the BIOS. Once there, navigate to the Chipset menu. Choose the North Bridge Configuration option, followed by Video Function Configuration. Within this menu the allocation settings can be adjusted to best suit your needs.
