Cybernet
Outlet offers fully reconditioned and/or over manufactured
products that include same-as-new lifetime technical support
and limited warranties.
All of Cybernet's new computers come with a 15 day total
satisfaction policy. As a result of this policy, some computers
are returned. While only a small fraction of this equipment
is returned, all systems, are put through the production process
again.
They are taken apart and rebuilt to original specifications,
then retested to ensure quality. We even use brand new boxes
for packaging!

by offering quality products and services.
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your
refurbished system, we would like the opportunity to work with
you to resolve your issues and ensure that your experience with
Cybernet leaves you satisfied.
In the event that you still wish to return your system, here
are a few things you should know:

may return your refurbished system up to 14 days
from the date of invoice, with the exception of
refurbished monitors and display units. |

You
are responsible for shipping the system back to
Cybernet and for the costs associated with that
shipment.

It
is important that you return everything on your
system order, and that it is in its original packaging. |

A
RMA will be required! All Shipments without a pre-authorized
RMA# will be returned.
