With margins shrinking and most other PC manufacturers selling direct and bypassing the resellers, Cybernet's Reseller Program is designed to put you, the Reseller, back in charge. With solid tools and programs to help you add to your bottom line. Cybernet is dedicated to supporting our resellers with a profitable business proposition that includes technologically advanced products, great margins, outstanding service, technical support, and a wide range of marketing programs and promotions. We want you to be our partner and share our success.

To sign up as an authorized reseller, you must place a initial order for two units (at Reseller pricing) of which one will be a Dealer Display unit. The Display unit may not be sold for twelve months or until such time that a newer model has been made available by Cybernet. If you do not wish to stock products, we have an alternative for you. It is our Commission Referral Program.

Lead Referral Program: Take advantage of our national advertising program. (EWeek, PC Magazine, CRN, InfoWorld, Credit Union Journal, Health Data Management, Health Care Informatics.. ) Our lead referral program puts you in touch with Cybernet potential customers. These leads are qualified and forwarded to our resellers.

Marketing Materials Support: Resellers can contact Cybernet to receive free marketing and promotional materials.

Co-op Advertising Program: Accrual up to 3% of total purchases to support your pre-approved advertising efforts of Cybernet products.

Trademarks and Logo Use: Cybernet Manufacturing Inc. hereby grants to the undersigned, (the "Requester"), a limited right-to-use license (the "License") for certain Cybernet Manufacturing Inc. trademarks and logos (the "Logos") as described herein, and under the following terms and conditions: 1) This License is granted for the benefit of Cybernet Manufacturing Inc. resellers and others with a legitimate intent to advertise and sell Cybernet Manufacturing Inc. products; 2) Cybernet Manufacturing Inc. has full ownership right to the Logos and Requester does not acquire any rights, title or interest in or to the marks beyond that set forth herein; 3) If Requester uses the Logos in conjunction with logos representing awards or publications of companies granting such awards, it shall be the responsibility of the Requester to give appropriate attribution to such companies, and to correctly identify such logos with their respective companies; and 4) Requester may not, under any circumstances, alter the appearance of the Logos, either by alteration, size, color or combination with any other logo. Breach of this section will be grounds for immediate termination of this License, and any other legal remedies Cybernet Manufacturing Inc. may deem appropriate.

Other: Cybernet Manufacturing Inc. will not be liable to any party for special, indirect or consequential damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Cybernet Manufacturing Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate its Reseller Partner Program at anytime without notice or liability. The laws of the State of California, exclusive of choice of law rules, will govern this transaction.
