If you wish to continue using Windows® XP Professional, Windows 7 has an option to downgrade to XP, so Cybernet can install the downgraded version to your PC.

That means that when you take your new keyboard computer ZPC-D5 out of the box, you can truly be up and running. In addition, we store the image on our secure server so that in the event you need to return any units for repair or to buy more units, we can install it again. Standard One-Year Warranty
Cybernet warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and will repair or replace the product with a similar one during the term of the warranty. We pay shipping both ways.

This is a unique warranty program that provides a loaner unit to our customers that arrives the next business day, and includes two-way shipping for the loaner and original unit.
