I installed Windows and the card reader is listed as drive C, D, etc. Why is this happening?

Cause - Disk partition must be created manually, not automatically by Windows

When installing the Windows Operating System, the internal card reader drives are assigned system drive letters before the hard drive itself. This results in the system drive defaulting as drive H: instead of the standard drive letter C:. The user must manually select and create the system partition on the Hard Disk Drive as drive C: prior to beginning the Windows installation. Cybernet uses Seagate Hard Drives in its units, so we recommend downloading their DiscWizard tool.

Please click here to visit the DiscWizard page for more information and instructions on the use of the program.

Alternatively, unplugging the card reader will resolve this issue but it requires opening the machine.
