The i-One's on screen display will not disappear, and none of the buttons respond

Cause - Physical issue relating to OSD front panel board

If the On Screen Display menu will not disappear on the iOne, and there is no response from button presses, the front bezel may be misaligned and restricting access to the buttons. The unit needs to be opened, and the front panel board needs to be unscrewed and reseated; this should resolve the problem. Please see attached image for more information.
