Standard One-Year Warranty
Cybernet warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, and will repair or replace the product with a similar one during the term of the warranty. We pay shipping both ways.

This is a unique warranty program that provides a loaner unit to our customers that arrives the next business day, and includes two-way shipping for the loaner and original unit. This enhanced warranty is superior to onsite service because there's no waiting for a repair person, and the loaner unit has the OS already loaded on it.
