Register your product

You must register your all-in-one PC in order to be eligible for warranty coverage. Cybernet PCs have a unique serial number and invoice number; you?ll need both to register. The serial number is located on the back of the unit. The invoice number will be on the packing slip that was enclosed with your PC. Register now
Warranty Service
Warranty Terms
Cybernet offers a 1-year limited warranty as well as options for extended warranties for up to 4 or 5 years, depending on the model of your all-in-one PC. Click on the above link for the terms and details of our warranty program.

In order to process your request for warranty service, you will need to fill out a trouble ticket first. You can do this right here at our website, and if you?re located outside the United States or in a different time zone, you can fill one out at any time and the request will be in our system and ready for us to process as soon as soon as our offices open. To process a return request, we need a valid ticket number. Please contact Tech Support by calling 888-834-4577(+44)0845 5391200. Tech Support hours are 8 AM to 59 AM to 5:30 PMPacific TimeGMT Time Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
