Is it possible to rotate the display on a 2nd monitor?

Cause - Configuration option in Windows
A second LCD display may be used in Windows for extended desktop mode, and it is possible to rotate this display. Within the Intel Graphics Properties window rotation can be enabled, as seen in the attached image. Enter the Intel Graphics Properties window by right clicking the desktop and choosing Graphics Properties.
