Cybernet to Be Featured at New Zealand’s Largest HIT Show
Irvine, CA 11/15/18 - Cybernet’s distribution partner in New Zealand, DPI Medical, is headed to the HiNZ show in Wellington, NZ later this month to feature Cybernet’s medical grade computers and tablets. The HiNZ show is New Zealand’s largest healthcare IT conference and will be attended by leaders in New Zealand’s District Health Boards (DHBs) as well as some hospitals in the private sector. The conference is scheduled for November 21st through the 23rd.
Billed as the largest digital health event in New Zealand, DPI Medical will be the only exhibitor in the IT hardware space at the HiNZ conference. They will be displaying the CyberMed NB22 medical cart computer and the CyberMed Rx medical tablet. Both units feature hot-swap battery technology, which allows depleted batteries to be replaced with fully charged batteries on the fly leading to continuous uptime without ever needing to plug the units into a power outlet.
“We’re really excited because we are going to be the only exhibitor displaying hardware. The goal is to get the product in front of all of the District Health Boards,” said Peter Hart, Director of DPI Medical. “It’s a great way for us to get to the right people – all of the decision makers.”
Cybernet’s relationship with DPI Medical is relatively new, dating back to just August of 2018, but DPI is already making inroads with both the DHBs and private hospitals throughout New Zealand. The HiNZ show should help expedite DPIs penetration into the New Zealand market.
“We’re really excited with the inroads we’ve made in Australia over the last year and feel that in having DPI as a partner we will enjoy a similar success in New Zealand,” said Ali Bagheri, VP of Global Operations at Cybernet Manufacturing. “They have showed a tremendous commitment to us, and their presence at the HiNZ show is another reflection of that.”
