September 24, 2026New production floor is 90% complete and ahead of schedule; Cybernet has filled half of its planned new positions and is still hiring for production and quality control roles
IRVINE, Calif. — Cybernet Manufacturing, the leading U.S. manufacturer of medical and industrial computing systems, today gave an update on its Building 205 production floor at its Irvine, California headquarters. Construction is now about 90% complete.
Construction started in the second week of August 2026 with a planned timeline of about three months. The project is running ahead of that schedule. Once it is running, the new floor will add capacity for 1,000 more units per month to support growing demand across Cybernet's healthcare and industrial computing product lines.
Hiring for the new floor is also moving forward. Cybernet has filled about 50% of the new production and quality control positions planned for Building 205 and is still looking for more people to join the team.
"Seeing this floor come together this quickly is a credit to everyone who has worked on it," said Ali Bagheri, Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Cybernet Manufacturing. "We've brought on a strong group of new team members, and we're still looking for people who want to build products that hospitals and industrial operators count on every day."
The Building 205 expansion adds to Cybernet's U.S. production capacity at a time when supply chain resilience and American manufacturing remain a priority for healthcare and industrial technology buyers.
