Having served the Canadian healthcare market for over thirty years, Image Monitoring wanted to expand into the U.S. market as well. During this expansion process, the company’s leadership recognized the need to adapt to the American market’s demands, which included a requirement for higher-quality computers than they had previously used. Having previously used consumer-grade devices, Image Monitoring wished to upgrade to computers specifically designed for the healthcare sector. 

Image Monitoring’s leadership eventually settled on the CyberMed NB series of battery-powered medical computers, later upgrading to the CyberMed G Series to take advantage of its technological advancements. Image Monitoring’s team particularly appreciated Cybernet's competitive pricing, strong warranty, and the active participation of Cybernet’s design team throughout the purchasing process. 

Thanks to our capabilities as an original equipment manufacturer, Cybernet was able to integrate key features that Image Monitoring desired, such as DC power out functionality, which allowed the computer to power other devices. This feature in particular proved to be so useful that it became an optional upgrade on many Cybernet medical panel PCs. 

Cybernet’s products have become the standard computers for Image Monitoring’s various solutions, such as transcranial doppler systems and peripheral vascular testing equipment. Image Monitoring has been satisfied with the performance of Cybernet’s computers and their ability to support healthcare providers, particularly the fast and reliable solid-state drives that make accessing critical imaging information a breeze.
