Cybernet Manufacturing Celebrates 30 Years with Employee Appreciation Event in Irvine

Founded in 1996 by Mohamad Asadi, Hossein Asadi, and Ali Bagheri, the company marked the milestone with an afternoon honoring the employees who built it.
IRVINE, Calif. (October 16, 2026): Cybernet Manufacturing, the leading U.S. manufacturer of medical and industrial computing systems, celebrated its 30th anniversary on Friday, October 16, with an afternoon event for employees at its Irvine headquarters.
Cybernet was founded on October 18, 1996, with a simple goal: to build innovative, reliable computers people could count on. Thirty years later, the company is the #1 U.S. medical computer manufacturer in the healthcare IT space. Its medical computers are in use at hospitals, clinics, and labs, and its industrial computers run on factory floors and in harsh environments.
The celebration was about one thing: thanking the people who make the company run. Employees from engineering, production, quality, shipping, sales, support, finance, and administration sat down together under a tent for lunch, with a guitarist playing live through the afternoon. Before the day was over, everyone got a couple of pleasant surprises.
“Thirty years doesn’t happen without the people in this company,” said Ali Bagheri, Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Global Operations. “Our engineers design the products, our production and shipping teams build them and get them out the door, and our sales, support, finance, and admin teams keep everything running. Some of our people have been with us through the good years and the hard ones. This was our way of saying thank you.”
The anniversary comes in a year of growth for Cybernet. The company is bringing its new Building 205 production floor online at its Irvine headquarters, which adds capacity for 1,000 more units per month.
