How does the iPC E2is handle cold crank voltage dips?

The iPC E2is supports an ignition control input designed to protect against voltage dips during engine start. The system will not power on until the ignition signal is detected. Once detected, an internal timer begins a countdown (default is 30 seconds, programmable), allowing voltage to stabilize before the computer automatically powers on.

What kind of video card can I put inside the iPC E2is?

The iPC E2is can accommodate lower power video cards since it is a fanless unit. Cybernet has deployed many units with Nvidia GT1030 or similar class video cards. Please note that adding a video card will limit the operating temperature of the unit to 0°C-35°C.

Do you offer a service to load my image onto the units before they leave your facility?

Yes. All products sold by Cybernet undergo final assembly and quality control in the USA. We offer free software image integration services to save our customers a time-consuming step in their process of loading the software image. Simply contact our technical services team or your account manager to get started.
