All batteries have a one year warranty.

All batteries include a one-year warranty. Like all lithium batteries, they degrade over repeated charge cycles, eventually leading to reduced run time or unexpected performance issues.

Cybernet strongly suggests replacing batteries every two years to maintain proper operation and original performance specifications.

What hospital-grade disinfectants are compatible with your units?

Cybernet medical computers are tested with a wide range of hospital disinfectants, including 70% IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol), CaviWipes, Sani-Cloth Wipes, and 6% Sodium Hypochlorite. A full list of compatible disinfectants is available in our knowledge base.
