Both the CyberMed S19 and CyberMed NB19 were engineered to support medical device manufacturers and the unique needs of Healthcare HIT by utilizing a 4:3 aspect ratio and maintaining IEC/UL60601-1 safety standards.
Both the CyberMed S19 and CyberMed NB19 are VESA mount capable meaning they can be mounted or embedded nearly anywhere. Like our medical cart computers, the CyberMed NB19 features two hot swap batteries, meaning the unit never needs to be plugged into an outlet. Simply swap out a depleted battery for a charged one for continuous uptime. Conversely, the CyberMed S19 is powered through a traditional outlet, but also features an internal UPS that provides 5 hours of uninterrupted use.
All of Cybernet's medical grade computers are IEC/UL60601-1 certified for near-patient use. This certification measures electromagnetic and radiation emissions to determine whether or not a product is safe to use around patients. This is especially critical for medical device manufacturers trying to go to market.
It is important for medical device manufacturers to be able to customize an operating system to ensure that their software runs properly. That's why our medical panel computers can be equipped with Windows IoT. These medical grade computers will ensure that device software runs as intended without access to additional features or applications commonly found in vanilla versions of Windows OS.
Cybernet utilizes components with lower power consumption needs, fewer moving internal parts and heat sinks to provide fanless cooling. This is an important feature for any device that is going to be used in a sterile environment like an operating room in order to prevent the spread of germs, dust, and bacteria. Fanless cooling also results in greater reliability, as components aren't compromised by collecting dust and fewer moving parts means fewer points of failure. Cybernet boasts as less than 2% failure rate in our computers.
Both the CyberMed S19 and CyberMed NB19 feature a number of ports and expansion slots that allow you to integrate these computers into nearly any device. Users can opt to include an integrated barcode scanner, RFID reader and fingerprint scanner for Imprivata SSO login and additional functionality without the need for 3rd party dongles or peripherals. Whatever the job, these medical panel computers have the flexibility in processing power, memory, storage, and connectivity to get it done.
Citrix Ready Endpoint Certification is another extra step taken by Cybernet to ensure customers of our commitment to full compatibility and compliance with all major EHR & EMR applications that run through a Citrix Virtual Environment. In order to receive this certification, this unit has been submitted to Citrix and put through a rigorous testing process in their labs.
In addition, our devices have been certified by Intel labs to the highest and most stringent protocols in design and reliability testing including thermal shock and thermal recycling.
What does all this mean to you? Peace of mind.
