What cleaners or disinfectants are compatible with your units?

Cybernet tests its industrial computers with a range of commonly used disinfectants, including 70% isopropyl alcohol, CaviWipes, Sani-Cloth wipes, and 6% sodium hypochlorite. You can find a list of compatible disinfectants in our knowledge base.

Can I use leather or rubber gloves with your touchscreens?

The standard PCAP touchscreen functions similarly to a smartphone display and does not support leather or rubber gloves. For specialized applications, a resistive touchscreen option is available that supports glove use. Do you offer an anti-glare display?

Yes. We offer an anti-glare option on all our industrial units to reduce glare in bright areas.
